Yes. We offer hourly, daily, overnight, and live-in care. Whether you need just a few hours a week or 24/7 support, we’ll build a care plan around your schedule and needs.

Caregivers are trained to follow best practices for fall prevention, mobility support, and hygiene. We also encourage regular home safety assessments and provide ongoing supervision from our care coordinators.

Caregivers are trained in emergency response and will immediately contact 911 if needed, while keeping family members updated. Our team is also available for urgent scheduling needs.

Currently, Family’s Own is private pay. We accept credit card, debit, ACH transfer, and check. Many clients also use long-term care insurance or health savings accounts (HSAs/FSAs) to help cover costs.

Absolutely. Care needs often change over time, and we adapt with you. You can increase or decrease hours, add services, or request a new caregiver at any time.
