Every client is supported by a Care Team (“Family”):
1 Lead Caregiver – a consistent point of contact, mentor, and trainer.
2–3 Rotational Student Caregivers – supported by the lead, ensuring both continuity and fresh perspectives.
For Clients, this means: Familiar faces, seamless communication, relational continuity.
For Caregivers, this means: Shared accountability, structured mentorship, and space to grow. -
We don’t wait for you to “prove yourself”. We trust you from day one and give you room to grow, while embedding leadership at every level.
Our Caregiver Ladder:
Level I – Caregiver: Direct care, documentation, client interaction.
Level II – Team Lead: Coordinates schedules, mentors peers, manages client updates.
Level III – Graduate Mentor: Guides new and student caregivers, leads projects, and may access tuition reimbursement opportunities.
