The Family Care Team Approach

Every client is supported by a small circle of caregivers we call a Care Family. This model ensures clients see familiar faces, while caregivers collaborate and learn from one another.

Each Care Family includes:

• Lead Caregiver – a steady point of contact who ensures consistency and continuity.

• Rotational Student Caregivers – carefully selected individuals who bring a fresh perspective and a desire to learn.

• Mentors & Support Staff – experienced professionals who guide and strengthen the team.

The result? Clients feel cared for by people who truly know them, and caregivers gain the mentorship and leadership opportunities that build careers, not just jobs.
