Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all individuals receiving services from the facility are treated with dignity and respect, free from discrimination. This policy aligns with NRS 449.101, R016-20, and other applicable regulations, setting forth the facility’s commitment to preventing discrimination and establishing procedures for handling complaints related to prohibited discrimination.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, representatives, clients, and patients of the facility. It encompasses all areas where services are provided and includes provisions for reporting and addressing complaints of discrimination.
Non-Discrimination Statement
The facility does not discriminate and does not permit discrimination in the admission or provision of services based wholly or partially on the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, gender, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, HIV status, or association with a person based on these attributes.

Non-Discrimination Compliance
